Fatih Efe Bilgen

Fatih Efe Bilgen is a Ph.D. candidate in Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where he works under the supervision of Prof. Ozgur B. Akan. He received his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, alongside a dual degree in Mathematics, from Koç University, Istanbul, Türkiye, in June 2024, and his M.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution in July 2025. His research focuses on advancing next-generation communication technologies, with particular interests in quantum communication and networking, plant and environmental bio-communication, and wireless communications.
